 Notice of Intent to Sell E-Substances and Product/Manufacturing Reporting  

 
  The new E-Substances Regulation (the Regulation) introduced requirements for all businesses who currently sell e-substances or intend to sell e-substances in British Columbia. It is the responsibility of the business owner to notify the Ministry of Health of their intent to sell a restricted E-substances. There are also new requirements to provide individual Product Reports or Manufacturing Reports at least 6 weeks before the product can be sold. This Notice of Intent to Sell E-Substances form is required for each location of your business and only for non-therapeutic nicotine e-substances. The new E-Substances Regulation will come into effect immediately, however there is a transition period until September 15, 2020 for existing retailers to comply with the Regulation. 

IMPORTANT DATES TO BE AWARE OF: For any business that sells or intends to sell E-substances on September 15, 2020, you must complete this form and submit Product Reports or Manufacturing Reports at least 6 weeks prior September 15, 2020. This document will provide you with information on submitting your Product Reports or Manufacturing Reports.

By completing the following information, you will be submitting your Notice of Intent to sell e-substances in British Columbia.

Upon completion of the Notice of Intent to sell restricted e-substances, you will have the option to print a copy of the Notice for your records.

Business owners that fail to submit their Notice of Intent and that fail to comply with the new reporting requirements may be subject to offences under the Public Health Act.
